1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the phnova website located at phnova.cam (the "Website"), mobile applications, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with phnova ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and phnova regarding your use of our Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Services and close any account you may have created. Continued use of the Services following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Website. In the event of conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Each individual is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. phnova reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and confiscate any winnings obtained through multiple accounts.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from opening accounts or using phnova Services: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees of phnova and their immediate family members; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded or excluded by phnova from gambling activities; (d) residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited; and (e) individuals whose accounts have been previously closed by phnova for violations of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You agree not to disclose these credentials to any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

You must immediately notify phnova of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. phnova shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

phnova reserves the right to suspend account access, delay withdrawals, or close accounts pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of account balance.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

phnova reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to circumstances where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, colluded with other players, or used automated betting systems. Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be returned to you minus any applicable fees, provided you are not in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phnova accepts deposits via multiple payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank and other major Philippine banks, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and other methods as displayed on our Website. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Processing and Limits

Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to your phnova account within minutes. Bank transfers may require up to twenty-four (24) hours for processing depending on your financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your phnova account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. You may only deposit funds from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All financial transactions on phnova are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phnova does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a different currency.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of funds from your phnova account at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with phnova support. You must withdraw to accounts or payment methods registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

phnova endeavors to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. However, processing times may extend up to seventy-two (72) hours during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. Bank transfers may require additional time for your financial institution to credit your account.

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 require completion of KYC verification procedures. phnova reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals of any amount at our discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Restrictions

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary based on your account status and payment method. VIP members may qualify for increased withdrawal limits. phnova reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal restrictions to prevent fraud or money laundering.

Bonus funds and associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited if you request withdrawal prior to completion.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

phnova does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees, which are your responsibility. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per day) may incur administrative fees at phnova's discretion.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All content on the phnova Website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is owned by or licensed to phnova and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without express written permission from phnova.

The phnova name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of phnova or our licensors. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent. Game titles, graphics, and content are owned by their respective game providers and are used by phnova under license.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHNOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PHNOVA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PHNOVA IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

phnova shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, power outages, or governmental actions (force majeure events).

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you must first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within forty-eight (48) hours. Your complaint will be escalated to our management team if it cannot be resolved at the initial support level.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
